One of the best things about eBridge Solutions' web-based document management system is that it can integrate with absolutely any software program available. And that's no exaggeration!
There are actually two ways to do this. I'll say the easy way and the hard way, since I'm so non-technical.
Easy Way:Use the eBridge Link. With this tool, you get to choose one index value in eBridge Solutions that you can search on (there are seven index values available total).
For example, if your third index value is Student ID Number, you could choose the third index value as your Link. Then, while you are in your Student Management Software (or QuickBooks or Photoshop or anything), you highlight the Student ID Number you are working on, hit the Windows and S keys simultaneously and all of the documents with that Student ID Number assigned to them will be pulled up online in the background - whether you are actively using eBridge at the time or not. Cool, huh?
Hard Way:eBridge Solutions has Web Services and Web APIs that technical people can use to COMPLETELY integrate eBridge's scan and retrieve capabilities. Example here, if you use a medical billing software, you can provide the Web Services or APIs to the software companies IT team and they can put 'Scan' and 'Retrieve' buttons in your medical billing software. They may charge you for it, but it will speed up document processing even more.
