eBridge Solutions continues to grow. We've added marketing and technology guru, Ken Evans, as Chief Marketing Officer.
Evans has more than 25 years of experience turning innovative technology ideas and early stage start-ups into growing product-focused companies. He has previously worked in product marketing at Persystent Technologies, Fortress Technologies, Audio Track, Compaq and NYNEX.

“We are so excited to have a marketer of Ken’s caliber join the eBridge Solutions’ team,” exclaimed eBridge CEO, Leslie Haywood. “With his experience in the document management space and channel marketing, we expect Ken to catapult our sales growth during the remainder of 2010 and beyond by breaking into new industries. His branding and product marketing experience combined with his extensive technology background make him the perfect person to lead eBridge’s marketing efforts.”

In this economy, with more customers and fewer donors, no companies are feeling the pressure to do more with less money than non-profits. In fact, many non-profits are simply struggling to stay open. There is, however, one new business trend that can actually save non-profits money – document management.
eBridge Solutions will be hosting a FREE Lunch and Learn Seminar - Non-Profit Organizations Can Save Money By Adding Document Management - on Thursday, September 9, 2010 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at their new offices in the WestShore District (1018 North Ward Street). Lunch will be provided.
eBridge Solutions' CEO, Leslie Haywood, will explain how document management can help non-profits by:
- Saving time (instant access, no more misplaced files)
- Saving money (decreased supply expenses and lower postage)
- Saving space (decreased storage needs)
- Improving service (putting documents online for easy access)
- Increasing compliance with regulations (HR and tax)
- Making outside audits easier (give auditors remote access to important documents)
- Assisting in the “green” movement

It's (Mostly) Official: eBridge is the third best place to work in Florida among small businesses (50 employees and under) according to Florida Trend magazine.
To identify Florida's Best Employers, Florida Trend partnered with the Best Companies Group, which surveyed firms that chose to participate. Any firm with at least 15 employees in Florida, including firms based outside the State, could participate at no cost. (While it didn't say how many companies submitted applications, being ranked number three is STILL pretty impressive.)
Employees at the firms responded to an online questionnaire about company policies, practices and demographics. A second questionnaire was sent to a sample group of each company's employees, who responded anonymously to questions about eight core areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits and Overall Employee Satisfaction.
eBridge CEO Leslie Haywood was out of the office when the good news was announced, but she immediately text the staff the following message: "Thank you all so much for the humbling ranking!!! We cannot thank you enough."
If we actually like working here, don't you think you'd like to be a customer? :-)

eBridge Solutions is a web-based document management company as you know (or should if you read this blog regularly!). And, we are virtually paperless - marketing is the exception. I bring this up, because we moved all of eBridge this weekend and it took hours, perhaps days, less than a normal office move, because we don't have any file cabinets or paper.
In one weekend, the movers and our team moved an entire 5,000 square foot office. Would you be able to do that? If you had to leave your office today for another, how long would it take you to get your files organized, packed and moved? By scanning and storing your paperwork in a document management system like eBridge's, it wouldn't take long at all.
I also bring up the move because eBridge Solutions' new office looks just FABULOUS! Our new server room is TWICE as big as the last one - giving us plenty of room for growth. So, if you aren't participating in our referral program (refer a prospect and receive a $100 American Express gift card if they become a client) and know of anyone moving now or in the future, they would be good candidates for starting the paperless process. Visit www.eBridgeSolutions.com today for complete details.

If you are looking into web-based document management agencies, but are concerned about putting your most important and confidential documents in the cloud, we wanted to remind you of one thing: Our top priority at eBridge Solutions is SECURITY.
It's for this very reason that companies like Allstate Insurance (they approved us in August, 2006) and thousands of other private, public and government businesses and agencies have put their trust in eBridge over the nine years we have been in business.
Throughout those years we have continued to raise our standards in security measurements to meet the tough compliance demands of our clients. eBridge Solutions is certified to be in compliance with such regulations as the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPPA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Federal Information Processing Standardization (FIPS) and the Government Information Security Reform Act (GISRA).
To ensure your data being transferred via the eBridge cloud is safe, Secure-Socket Layer (SSL) v3(TLS) - the industry standard security protocol for encoding sensitive information - has been implemented by eBridge for mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity. Your data stored in eBridge is AES-256 Block CBC encrypted, meaning only you and your clients have access to those files (if you give them access).
Your data is also backed up in real-time in separate data centers in Tampa, FL and Atlanta, GA. Both data centers house redundant web and database servers - fully configured with all software and data - so that in the unlikely event of a failure of any of the data centers, the backup data center will be available. Other security measurements include off-site data backups, access and event monitoring, passwords and physical security that is monitored 24 hours a day.
If that wasn't enough to convince you that your documents are safe with eBridge, contact one of our sales representatives who can elaborate on each security measurement. Visit our web site to register for a free online demo of eBridge Solutions.

eBridge Solutions' web-based document management system is the most efficient way to share documents with your customers. Reason #8 to love eBridge Solutions: Let your customers scan documents into your electronic file cabinet and eliminate couriers.
By putting your trust in eBridge, you know your important documents are in safe hands. Your customer scans in their documents that you can then pull up in your own secure electronic file cabinet. This ensures your documents won't end up in the wrong hands, they won't get lost in the mail or accidently taken from the fax machine.
Even waiting just 24 hours for an important document to be delivered can feel like an eternity, by scanning your documents directly into eBridge you no longer have that down time waiting for the courier, overnight delivery service or snail mail. Once a client scans their document into their file cabinet,
it will be available to you in mere seconds.
On top of all of that, eliminating couriers with document management will save you hundreds, if not THOUSANDS, of dollars a year. For one low monthly fee with eBridge Solutions you will reduce the amount of paper products you buy, virtually eliminate all postage, photocopies, fax machine and off-site storage.
It doesn't get much better than that. Visit eBridgeSolutions.com for more information and contact a sales representative today. Say 'Bye Bye!' to your courier and 'Hello!' to savings!

Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day with eBridge Solutions on Thursday, April 22 by adding document management to your office toolkit.
As you reduce your dependence on paper and office supplies, you are reducing your carbon footprint. As defined by greenhq.net, "The term ‘carbon footprint' is used to denote the amount of carbon dioxide produced by your daily activities and use of material goods." The more office supplies we buy, the more CO2 emissions we create.
By implemeting eBridge Solutions' online document management system, you will no longer have a need for file cabinets, staples, folders, printers and fax machines, so get rid of them! E-mails and documents you receive electronically can be printed directly into your 'cloud' file cabinet using the eBridge Print Driver, so there is no need to print those documents and then scan.
Our Earth Day promotion will give you a nudge in the right direction. From now until May 21, 2010 we will be offering a FREE Print Driver (a $295 value) to new clients who mention the word EARTH to their sales representative.
In addition, eBridge's web-based document imaging will allow you and your employees to work remotely when necessary. Think of the gas you could save by working from home every Friday. Think of the couriers you could get off the roads by routing documents back and forth over the Internet instead of via paper folders and FedEx envelopes?
Earth Day is the perfect day to make the move to eBridge Solutions' web-based document management system. Sign up for a demo by calling (877) 676-6067 x 324 today!

As part of our Earth Day celebration, eBridge Solutions will be offering a FREE eBridge Print Driver to any business that signs up for our web-based document management system.
"Earth Day is an event that reminds us to consider the environment as we grow our businesses," explained Leslie Haywood, CEO. "Before signing up with eBridge, many of our customers were struggling with mountains of paperwork. Whether it was part of the daily influx or file cabinets they kept in the back room for record retention, paper was everywhere. By using our document management system, they were able to scan and then recycle that paperwork while increasing organization in their offices."
"By adding our eBridge Print Driver, clients were able to take their ‘green' movement to another level by eliminating the need to print on paper completely. The Print Driver lets them print electronic documents directly into a secure, online file cabinet - quickly and easily." The Print Driver (a $295 value) will be given to new clients that sign up for eBridge Solutions by May 21, 2010 and mention the word EARTH.
eBridge Solutions' users find their information is even more secure online than if it was filed in cabinets or stored on a computer in their office. With online access to documents, important information can be monitored, protected for disaster recovery and only permitted users can easily search and find documents by keyword or index value from anywhere they can get an Internet connection. eBridge Solutions can help business in any industry:
- save money on paper, ink and office supplies
